Registration Information

October 13-17, 2003
Radisson Hotel New Orleans
New Orleans, Louisiana

All registrants are welcome! This seminar is designed for both clergy and laity. Individuals will learn a great deal and can then share what they’ve learned with they get home. BEST OF ALL ARE TEAMS! We encourage congregations and dioceses to send teams of clergy and laity to attend together and then bring their expertise and vision back home.

Register NOW!
Register before summer vacations and fall schedules begin.

This popular seminar consistently sells out before the registration deadline. We recommend registering early to ensure your space, and suggest you call to call to verify space availability (800-334-7626, ext. 6003). Registration concludes September 8, 2003. Your enrollment will be confirmed in writing, and is dependent upon receipt of payment and the registration form. Any registrations accepted after September 8 are subject to a $100.00 late fee, hotel availability, and market room rate.

Request to 'hold' a reservation: We are pleased to hold a group or individual reservation while you are preparing the fee and registration form. However, such reservations can be held only for a limited time. You will be given a specific 'hold-release date' by which time both the registration fee and form must be received. The reservation will be released if both the fee and form are not received by the hold-release date. Please take responsibility for monitoring this process to ensure that you have met your deadline.

Payment made by a third party:
If payment for your registration is being made by a third party (such as your parish or diocese) it is your responsibility to follow-up to ensure that payment is issued and received on time.
